We also trench routes for water lines, electrical conduit, propane and other underground utilities at proper depths and grades, coordinated with your utility providers. Drainage pipe and culverts can be installed as part of the same work.

Every property is different. Cost depends on the size of your building site, how much clearing is needed, soil conditions, grading requirements and how much utility trenching is involved. After we look at your property and understand your building plans, you'll get a clear, written estimate.
Regularly. If you already have a builder lined up, we coordinate directly with them so the site is prepped to their specifications. If you're managing the project yourself, we'll walk you through what needs to happen and in what order.
Yes. Some customers want to clear and rough grade a building site now and build later. We can handle the initial clearing and rough grading, leaving the site ready for final prep when you're ready to build.
We handle the excavation and trenching for utilities, including routes for water, electrical and propane. Hookups like power, septic tanks and wells are done by licensed contractors in those trades, and we coordinate our trenching with them so everything lines up.
Absolutely. We can clear selectively and work carefully around trees you want to preserve. We'll talk through which trees can realistically stay based on where your building needs to sit and where equipment needs access.
