Yes. Some property owners want to clear and rough grade a building site now and hold off on construction until later. We can do the initial land clearing and rough grading, leaving the site ready for final prep when you’re ready to build.
We work with builders and contractors regularly. If you already have a builder lined up, we can coordinate directly with them to make sure the site is prepped to their specifications. If you’re handling the project yourself, we can guide you through what needs to happen and in what order.
We handle the excavation and trenching for utilities – digging routes for water, electrical, propane, etc. The actual utility installations (hooking up power, installing septic tanks, drilling wells) are done by licensed contractors in those trades. We coordinate our trenching work with those contractors so everything lines up.
Absolutely. We can do selective clearing and work carefully around trees you want to preserve. We’ll talk through which trees can realistically stay based on where your building needs to sit and where equipment needs to access.
